Sustainability does matter. We are building and renovating houses for use over the next 20-50 years so it is worth doing correctly. Phillip Island and the surrounding Bass Coast area is an amazing place. It is full of natural beauty and wonderment. But the beauty has been shaped by very intense seasonal forces: hot days through summer, horizontal rain in the winter months and relentless, salty winds through autumn. CWC is sensitive to the often harsh environment that coastal homes are exposed to. We use quality products so that renovations do not need to be done again and again adding to the material and energy required to build. We also prefer to source plantation timber and eco friendly insulation where clients are happy with these specifications. We are Phillip Island Builders that try to allow our beach homes to blend and nestle into the environment
